The fate and picture of many tribal villages of Betul district has not changed even today, as a result they are still struggling with basic facilities like drinking water. The government is trying to provide pure tap water to every house. But the helpless system of the PHE department is mocking this system of the government.

In the Rambhakhedi Gram Panchayat, located 10 km from the city headquarters, money was withdrawn this year during the summer by submitting fake bills in the name of supplying water tankers. This came to light when aware citizens of the Gram Panchayat saw the fake bills of water distribution by the vendor on the Panchayat Darpan.
